Informatics has helped patient education and awareness because it gives patient away to access health information via phone and internet through health portals, without having to always consult a doctor or drive far distance. It has hindered education because sometimes patient self-diagnosis their self’s using the resources they have found online, and causing misdiagnose which can worsen the problem, because they not are seeking the qualify health services they need.
