I think the political system is suitable for the Indonesian Constitutional Democracy Pancasila . Why ? Because the philosophy of Pancasila is a nation that represents the people of Indonesia as well as a barometer of national life . While the '45 Constitution as the basic foundation of the state has a fundamental position in the administration of the country .Pancasila Democracy Constitutional concept that I offer here is how Democracy containing the sense that the supreme government is in the hands of the people get the strengthening of the nation's two main pillars of Pancasila and the Constitution '45 . The assumption , with our return on the two foundations of the Guidelines will be 'revived ' remember this moment we like ' lost its way ' as new policies are loaded with foreign intervention , particularly in the formulation and manufacture of Law .
And Parliamentary is a concept that I feel is right as the Indonesian system. Why ? Because in running a government that should be the barometer is not who the president or leader of his country , but its fundamental basis . My assumption going in a presidential system the president's powers overlap than as head of state as well as head of government , this resulting in instability and performance superiority that gave rise to the ' addictive power '. In addition , printed clearly on the 4th Sila , " Democracy guided by the wisdom in deliberation representation " . This clearly illustrates that the state administration was done by consensus , which means that the cabinet is necessary to have a high position that the Assembly or Parliament as the representative body of the people have a vital role in every policy and political direction of the country , not just as a formality institutional.
From the people, by the people, for the people. We use parliamentary system with cabinet, with pancasila constitutional democracy. The people of Indonesia and

Today, the two most prominent forms of government are the Parliamentary form of government, often known as the Westminster system seen in the commonwealth nations; and the Presidential form of government seen in the United States. Throughout the years, many debates have been discussed over the question of which form is better; no definitive answer has ever come forward, for the exception that they are both quite different in theory and in practice. Principally, the difference among them is the separation power seen in the Presidential system, and the coexistence of power seen in the Parliamentary system; represented chiefly by party discipline. However, more than this difference alone separates the two. Both forms of government are characterized by how their power is distributed, how laws are created and chosen, party discipline and also the responsibility of each Head of State. Each system has its own dynamic and ever-changing functionality, creating advantages and disadvantages for each system.1…

In this essay, the authors aim to compare the systems of governance in Indonesia and Singapore, as well as how their differences have led to varied repercussions in both countries; those (repercussions) that will be closely examined here are the growth/development of stable governmental institutions, as well as the just rule of law. These are relatively newly-decolonized states existing side by side, in recent years taking different paths of governance. This resulted in wildly different outcomes. What was it about their different political paths that caused the difference? Is the fault with the democratic process, or with their implementation? Is there a certain developmental threshold within which democracy is just doomed to failure? Many of these questions traverse along peripheries of political doctrine and liberal ethics. Certainly, democracy is an unpredictable, and often messy process. Only by answering hard questions like these can it be better understood, and refined. This is what the authors hope to achieve.…

Thus, the Presidential system follows a track to democracy by giving the people the change to have a right in saying and choosing what they find best for their nation. However, in a parliamentary system the ideas are different. Its track to democracy is attempted when the people are included in the parliament and the power of implementing policies is not just restricted to one person. Also, the systems have in common the fact that they depend on legislature, which helps the systems to execute and implement laws. Providing real life examples of countries and their running of the systems, will help evaluate to what extent these countries fit in the path of democracy and how their ideas are applied in reality.…

Political-legal environment in Indonesia has been challenging in decades. With Indonesia’s independence on August 17, 1945, Armed Sukarno became the first president and established “Guided Democracy.” In the mid-1960’s general Suharto’s Communist Party (PKI) led “New Order” administration and constructed a strong centralized and military-dominated government. At this period, Indonesia experienced significant economic growth and industrialization, dramatically improving health, education and living standards. After the Asian financial crisis of 1997, Abdurrahman Wahid, the founder of the National Awakening Party (PKB), elected president of Indonesia with the fall of Suharto’s regime. At his presidency, political-legal environment decentralized and government was not able to restore the Indonesia’s economic recession and avoided corruption. It caused political uncertainty among the business and industry sectors. Because of political-legal confusion, foreign firms faced conflicts in operation with local government’s law and policy and deterioration court system. The local Minahasa district demanded $8.2 million in back pay of taxes for waste material which under the central government of Suharto exempted before.…

By better political outcomes this implies not only ease of making political decisions but also the manner in which the two systems function and which is better, and whether or not this leads to favourable political outcomes. Issues that I am going to discuss in this essay are going to include the functionality of both systems, the differences between the two systems and whether or not the system provides and facilitates good political outcomes.…

First and foremost in order to enhance a common understanding, we must first understand the key terms in the question and that is Constitutionalism and Democratic Governance. To begin with, Constitutionalism is defined as a government conducted in accordance with and within the limits set by the fundamental law of the Constitution. The Constitution, as a body of written or unwritten basic law, is superior to and takes precedence over all ordinary acts of the legislature and over all decisions and actions of the executive branch of the government. Under the Constitution, restrictions on the discretionary authority of public officers and institutions are clearly recognized and regularly enforced. In short, the Constitution effectively limits the power of government. In addition to this, Johari states that constitutionalism stands for “the existence of a constitution in a state, which is the instrument of government, or the fundamental law of the land.” It is the complex of ideas, attitudes and patterns of behavior elaborating the principle that the authority of government derives from and is limited by a body of fundamental law pointed out. It also refers to government conduct with and the limits set by fundamental law of the land. Constitutionalism is a modern concept that desires a political order governed by laws and regulations. It means that the government rules under the laws of a…
