Informative Speech On Diet Soda
Be it diet or regular, soda is not a healthy drink. Soda may be cheaper than your favorite drink; however, it is devoid of healthful nutrients. Even if people drink diet soda that contains fewer calories, it still has side effects. Soda is nothing but high amount of sugar and water. Sooner or later, people may suffer from diabetes or obesity, if they frequently consume soda. Moreover, one serving of soda every day can raise a person's risk of developing diabetes. This list contains some more facts about soda you probably don't know.
