CD: 58 Infants, Toddlers, and Caregivers Assisanment Due by: 10/26/2013 Padmaja Gooduri Infant Observation Running Record CHILD NAME: RUCHA AGE : 10MONTHS LOCATION : KIDS INC DAY CARE TIME : 9 to 10 A M I observed 10 month old girl. Child name is Rucha. At the Kids Inc daycare. The staff members One teacher and one assistant on the daycare. S ix infant’s on the daycare. The room was very clean and neat. They decorate walls with children photos. They had a play area, reading, diaper changing, sleeping and snack area separate. The teacher introduces me. Teacher said “Hello” to Miss Padma.
In the morning at 10:00am they have a snack. Teacher put the snacks on the higher. Rucha looked at the
Snacks. Assistant teacher put child one by one on the high chair. My observation only Rucha. She was
Hungry she looked her snack she hold the Teacher hand took to the high chair she was observation.
The teacher gives her sliced banana and yogurt with spoon in the high chair; she does not want to

wear the bib. She was eating her snack and when she finished all there was left was a big mess, when
She looked at her water battle she make the sound like (Lalala) .The teacher asked her you want water bottle she shacked her had. She come out of high chair teacher clean her face and hands remove the bib. Teacher sits her down on the floor. Rucha took a book and put her mouth. Assistant teacher helped she took the book from mouth. Teacher gives her milk battle. Rucha hold the battle with two hands
I asked teacher why she cries. Teacher told me when she was tried she cries. Rucha was very happy
