INTRODUCTION:
Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL) was established in 1966 as a joint venture between GOI and AMOCO India incorporated of U.S.A (AMOCO) in accordance with the Fertilizer Formation Agreement executed on 14.5.1966 with equity contributions of 51% and 49% respectively and is a Public Sector undertaking under administrative control of the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. Madras Fertilizers Limited has been serving the Nation for the past 36 years since plant commissioning in 1971 and is proud to be part of Green Revolution. MFL is engaged in the manufacture of Ammonia, Urea, Complex Fertilizers and Biofertilizers. MFL's activities
