In-N-Out Burger Research The fast food industry had been in America for a long time, but now it has been more popular than ever. Fast food restaurant is also known as quick service restaurant; it's mean you just go in, grab your food, and go out most of the time. Burger was one of the first of its kind that has been introduced ever since the beginning of the American fast food had been established in general. Its founder was McDonald, but now there are more and more fast food restaurants also serve burgers and they make it even better than its original maker. Today, In-N-Out had become one of the most popular fast food restaurant in the Southwest. When and how did it become so popular without using social media? Due to the fact of the fresh food quality, affordable price, and incredible taste, is how In-N-Out built an empire. In-N-Out was founded in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948 by Harry Snyder and his wife Esther Snyder. It has expanded outside the state of California into the rest to the state Nevada, Utah, Texas, and Arizona. Without using social media, In-N-Out had become so popular because of the words spread from person to person. In the article "Costumer Pick", Riggs said, "All you hear everybody say when you are going to the West Coast is, You have to go to In-N-Out." Another satisfaction costumer also explained why did In-N-Out became so success, Darren Tristano said, "The key to their success has been a strong focus on their menu and daypart." in the article "Customer Picks". In-N-Out has been rated as one of the top fast food restaurants in several customer satisfaction surveys. In-N-Out was one of the first drive through restaurant in the state of California. Drive through is a service that allow people to buy their products without leaving the car. People go to In-N-Out often because they can save a lot of time; There is a drive through at every single In-N-Out restaurant. There are some

    There are two major fast food restaurants that people choose. One is McDonald’s; the other one is IN-N-OUT. Between McDonald’s and IN-N-OUT, there are some similarities and differences. The first similarity is price. You can buy a combo meal including a hamburger, a pack of french fries, and a soda. Both their price are no more than 10 dollars. Another major similarity is management. Not only McDonald’s but also IN-N-OUT, there are lots of chain stores everywhere in America. Despite these similarities, the two fast food restaurants differ in some ways. First, it is the freshness of the food. At McDonald’s they cook food before the customer comes. On the other hand, at IN-N-OUT they cook food after the customer comes to order. So the food at IN-N-OUT is fresher than At McDonald’s. A final difference is secret menu. At McDonald’s all foods you can order are on the menu. However, at IN-N-OUT not all foods are on the menu. On their menu, they are just cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, hamburger, french fries, and soda. It seems that too less kinds of food are provided. Yet it’s not truth. In fact, there are other foods like wish burger, Animal Style Fries, Flying Dutchman, Protein Style, etc you can eat.
