Monday the Case Manager began assessing their patients and designating what time they would be discharged.
First Discharge is at 1130am followed by 30 min increments
Medicar
Ordering medicar early (they are known for delay time of 1-2hours)
Communicate with patient’s family immediately to try and avoid conflicts or delay of pick up
