Creating a Complaint

1. From the left column of any main page - go to the Requests Menu and - select Complaint then Report.

2. Enter the Street Number and Street Name in the appropriate spaces and click Next.

If the system cannot find a match - you'll see the following: Click Previous to attempt another address or to select No Address.

Click Next again.

-------------------------------------------------
You should not select No Address unless the complaint is on public property - like sign complaints in medians . All other complaints on privately owned property require a matching address - and all valid GIS addresses are already in the system.

Clicking Finish will take you to the New Complaint page.

3. Enter the Complaint Type -and Subtype.

Not all Types have a Subtype. This table shows the possible options for Subtype based on your Type selection.
