What does the Digital Divide mean?
Digital divide is the gap between those who has assess to ICT and those who do not. There are many reasons why digital divide exists because of these impacts which are: economic, geographical and social. These became essential part in most of the world‘s population for those who uses technology at home, at work, school, college and universities.
Purpose of this assignment?
I will be looking at three factors contributing to the digital divide and some of the measures being taken to bridge the gap. Mention that you will be looking at this both locally and globally. You will also look at the impact and extent of the digital divide.
