What stops you from doing what you love? For me I am weighted down by anxiety. Anxiety has many affects on my life. There is many challenges that it causes me. How does my anxiety affect others around me. This is how I deal with the anxiety. Anxiety has many affects on my life. To me it is like being in a vast open sea and I can not swim. It has a sharp fangs and a rough bite. I can not stop worrying about everything and anything. Another problem with it is I have a hard time going to sleep and waking up.
