Nestle brief history
In 1860 Henri Nestle, a pharmacist developed a baby food for babies who were unable to breastfeed. Soon the market recognized the importance of the product and it becomes a huge success.
In 1905 Nestle merged with Anglo-Swiss a condensed milk company.
From mid 90s to late 90s Nestle enabled its presence to USA, Germany, Britain and Spain and start expanding in chocolates, dairy, noodles etc. * Headquarter in: Vevy Switzerland * Number of factories globally: 487 * Number of employees: 250,000 * Present in: 86 countries * Annual sales: $ 73 billion.

Nestlé Pakistan Ltd is a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A. - a company of Swiss origin headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. It is a food processing company, registered on the Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges and operating in Pakistan since 1988 under a joint venture with Milk Pak ltd and took over management in 1992.
