Organization’s success is mainly dependent on the efficient workforce, and an efficient recruitment and selection strategy can only ensure strong workforce for the organization. Organizations need different types of employees like full time, part time, temporary, permanent, casual etc. Besides, different jobs require people with different types of skills and abilities.
