Abstract
Harbour IT is a Managed IT Services and Solutions company that has been operating in Australia since
2001. Recently, the company established a branch office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Philippines— effectively transitioning from renting an office and outsourcing employees, to absorbing these employees into official members of the Harbour IT team. This company is called Harbour IT Asia. Since 2012,
Harbour IT Asia has hired two Human Resource Managers to create a Human Resource Management plan for the company, but both have since resigned. This proposal is an analysis on the company and includes a Human Resource Management plan.
