Economic Factors including knowing what financial resources the company has and where funding is coming from.
Sociological factors include knowing the demographics of the clients in which the agency serves such as age, gender, ethnicity, education, ect. On order to plan and insure that the needs of a diverse group of people are being met.
Political factors include knowing laws and regulations from federal, state and local levels as well as a political climate, or the attitudes of community and local leaders and the general public towards the services provided.
