I had an opportunity to speak with Steve Mosley (Upper Right Leadership) an executive coach referred to Mountaire from Drew Stewart (our Profiles International Partner). Steve was formerly with Altel and has a breadth of coaching experience though he has only been in the business of executive coaching since 2009. Certified by the World Wide Association of Business Coaches he is familiar with the CheckPoint 360 and PXT though his work is primarily focused toward executives in small to mid-sized companies (under 500 to 5000 employees). Based upon the conversation, I believe that his expertise would be better suited for a Director level role rather than anyone on the executive team.

Follow-up conference calls were conducted with Gwen Wills (DDI) and Anne Bartschat and Steve Hrop (Caliper) to review literature and sample 360 reports received by each organization, and the coaching services offered by each party.

DDI offers the Leadership Mirror assessment which allows clients to choose from eight standard surveys based upon job level (or customize a survey to our needs). Further flexibility is created by allowing the organization to choose a traditional feedback survey or a targeted survey that focus on the top 3 and lowest 3 rated areas. In

This product provides insight into personality traits and behaviors which correlate to specific competencies of measurement. Behavioral tendencies are what respondents are providing feedback on. The categories that are measured in the 360 are the same for any job level. The Interpretation of the too will be nuanced based upon role/level of the participant. Coaching services would utilize the caliper Three Sixty Plus and the Caliper Profile as the foundation for an executive engagement.
