I woke up in my bed all alone. I got up and went down to the kitchen to see Eliza and Maks cooking breakfast together. "Good morning pretty girl," Maks said when he saw me. "Morning handsome," I replied giving him a kiss. "Momma are we going to meet your partner today?" Eliza asked. "Yes ma'am. How bout we let Papa finish making breakfast and we can go get dressed," I suggest. "Okay," Eliza said jumping down from her step stool. I took her upstairs and she picked out her outfit. She picked out a white tank top that said "LOVE" in floral print with a matching floral print skirt. "You look cute. I'm going to go get dressed," I said walking out. Once I got ready I went downstairs and ate breakfast with Maks and Eliza. After that Eliza

The game was to throw wooden ball at medium size ring of fire. I wanted to win Mildred a stuffed animal as I had promised her when I asked her out. The man asked her what she wanted she said “I would like a stuffed animal of a panda reading a book. The man typed it up on his tablet and it appeared. I don’t know why she wanted a panda reading a book, I myself would have chosen something cool like a phoenix or something but whatever made her happy made me even happier. The night went on, she was amazing she was funny and so sweet, I hoped the night would never end.. Then she asked if I wanted to go on the ferris wheel, I told her that I was afraid of heights, but she said don’t worry I am here for you. I couldn’t refuse an offer to sit so close to her in a cramped seat so I trusted her. When we got on she saw how scared I was so she grabbed my hand and started singing “L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole, that forever became our song. I saw that it was cold so I gave her my jacket. After the ferris wheel we decided to walk around, she was still holding my hand. We stopped by the pond looked at each other, I pushed her hair to her ear and went in for a kiss, as soon as I did the annual fireworks went off. It was a moment I’ll never forget. Instead of taking the monorail home we decided to walk. It suddenly started to rain she was looking for a roof we could go under but I…

While I was combing my hair in the mirrior, I was thinking, what about if her family doesn’t like me, especially her father, which is Charles Dickens. It's 6:00, and I comb my hair one last time, and tell my parents i’m leaving. On the way to her house, I tell myself that everything is going to be fine, and I start singing my favorite song again. I finally reach her door step, and ring the doorbell. She answers the door, and she looks as beautiful as ever. She tells me to come in, and before we ate we talked for a bit. I told her a little bit about me, like how I have been a chimney sweep since I was five years old. I tell her this is my last year as a chimney sweep, because i’m getting to old. It is impossible to imagine what these dogs are going through while they are stuck in these puppy mills their whole life. Is it possible that these people could do this to innocent dogs it makes no sense. There is a better way to breed dogs but, some breeders choose to let their dogs starve, suffer and be terrified of the wind. To those kinds of breeders the only thing that matters is money. She asked me what my name was and I replied,” Roger”. Then she told me to go wash my face. She left the door right open I thought I could make a run for it, but I didn’t want to put myself in any more danger. The lady got up and left the room only looking at her purse. She said her name was Mrs. Luella Bates Washington Jones. I was amazed by how long her name was but I had no time to think about that. I took care to sit on the other side of the room so she wouldn’t suspect anything. Then she heated some lima beans and ham she had in her icebox. I had to admit I was starving. She also made some cocoa. As we ate dinner she said,” Now, here, take this ten dollars and buy yourself some blue suede shoe.” Then she led me down the hall and I didn’t know what to say. As I walked out the door she told me goodnight and to be safe, but I didn’t say anything back. No words can explain how grateful I am for her to do the things for me. Then she shut the door. I was relieved when I got home. Man… What a…
