How to Pass a Volleyball
Practice and heart is the key to be successful at the sport. The team that can not pass the ball can not win the game. Learning to pass should be the first priority when learning to play volleyball. In order to achieve a volleyball pass you must get into the ready position, move to the ball, carry out the platform, and execute the passing motion. The first step is totally effortless: the ready position. Before the ball crosses the net, you should have your feet in a wide but comfortable stance. After your feet are shoulder width apart, bend greatly at the knees. Also, angle forward at the waist and put your weight on your toes. Hold arms loose somewhat in front of your body but, do not attach your hands yet. Once the ready position is completed and the ball is crossing the net, the key is to get both feet behind the ball. Also, it is important to get to the spot quickly and then wait for the ball to come to you. Keep both hands free when moving to the ball. From the ready position, keep knees bent and move to the left or right with a shuffle or side step. When the correct spot is reached, return to the ready position with your hips lining up with the target. If possible, it's essential to avoid making contact with the ball while moving. Now that the right area is reached with your feet behind the ball, it's time to master the platform. The platform is the region between your wrists and elbows; which is where the ball will contact. With your arms stretched out, face your palms toward each other and thumbs facing toward the sky. While closing the fingers on one hand to the palm, cover your other hand around the other still maintaining both thumbs facing upward. Since both hands are in the correct form, place your thumbs down on top of the gripped hand. It's significant for your thumbs to be lined up precisely next to each other.     You are allowed to shoot from anywhere inside the attacking goal circle, but if you have a good view of the net and are in a balanced position, this will often lead to greater success.
