How to Make Elise’s Favorite Omelet There are many different types of omelets in the world but no one can make an omelet quite like Elise. When Elise makes her favorite omelet, there are many steps and each one is done with the upmost love and care. Elise always follows the same procedures and takes her time to form her perfection. Unlike most omelets her omelet is one of a kind because of the careful attention that is put into every method upon creation. Every small detail is equally important to design the exact taste of this morning indulgence. Once you have sampled Elise’s omelet you will become immediately full because you may look down at your plate and realize that you have already devoured the entire helping. In order to make Elise’s omelet you must first make sure that you have a clean work area. Elise always uses two eggs per each omelet, tomatoes, ham or turkey, cheddar cheese, and butter. When you have all the ingredients, begin by dicing the tomato. Fresh tomatoes are an important key to making the omelet just right. Next you will hand shred the ham or turkey into small pieces. Elise always uses the prepackaged and pre-sliced ham or turkey for the same tasty effect. Elise also always uses a fresh block of cheddar cheese to create ultimate satisfaction. Be sure to finely shred or slice your cheddar cheese. To conclude your

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Butter and flour an 8inch square pan. In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with the triedandtrue toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. A croissant, fresh out of the oven, is truly remarkable due to the magic of architecture and cookery which culminate into a delicious buttery treat. Owing to these, and a plethora of other stellar qualities, croissants are my favorite food. I truly appreciate the tedious effort that goes into the creation of this lovely treat. Not to mention, the sensation of my teeth piercing layer after layer of soft buttery goodness brings my high blood pressure down. I enjoy these delicious, perfectly crafted snacks not only due to their taste, but because croissants are very nostalgic to me as they are a staple of my childhood. They invoke warm feelings of comfort and bliss. Much like the croissant, my relationship to this flaky food has a deep history that is unraveled from layer after layer of mystery.…
