    Language learning should be more fun and enjoyable for pupils to learn. Teachers need to have effective teaching strategies in order for pupils to grasp better in learning English. It is important for a teacher to facilitate pupils’ interest towards learning the English Language. This study will benefit the pupils mainly and the English Language Teachers. This can support and help them build their own vocabulary and improve their understanding when they listen, which is vital as they start to read and to learn English. Even if the pupil doesn’t understand every word they will hear new sounds, words and phrases which they can then try to copy what they have heard.     At present, speaking a foreign language represents one of the essential requirements of today´s society. Besides other skills and knowledge, it is considered as one of the most influencing factors while applying for a job or sustaining in a particular work position under the condition of advancing the language level. Based on my work experience, I can confirm that knowing a foreign language is a necessity for everyone in general, mainly for my students - soldiers. These people are required to reach a sufficient level in a foreign language in order to accomplish military assignments in missions abroad.
