Adolf Hitler: Killing the Jews A global war occurred during 1939 to 1945, which resulted in the deaths of millions of people. When Adolf Hitler became the dictator of Germany in 1933, a genocide of Jews occurred under his control (Key). During World War II (WWII), the Jews, homosexuals, and undesirable people were fenced into concentration camps (Key). In these camps, they were treated horribly and many were killed by the German police, Schutzstaffel (SS). The Germans were influenced by Hitler’s beliefs and they believed that the Jews were the main cause for Germany’s failures (Key). The outcome of World War II justified that Hitler contributed to the Holocaust during WWI, through the actions of his dictatorship and fully implementing the “final solution” during his downfall. The results of WWI lead to WWII and the death of millions of the Jews because Hitler was affected during his earlier life in the military (History.com Staff). After WWI, Germany was in complete chaos and the Treaty of Versailles made it worse for Germany (Key). The Treaty of Versailles blamed Germany for everything that had happened in WWI (Key). First, Germany became a Fascist government under Hitler, in which the government had a the total control over a person’s private life (Key). His next mission was to eliminate the Jews to protect the Aryans race, which is the “master race” (Military-Quotes). He used propaganda to create discrimination against the Jews in Germany and many people were not educated enough to understand that it was a lie (Key). The Nazi make a legal policy that blaming the Jews and banishing them were law (Military-Quotes). The Jews were sent to concentration camp and treated with no mercy by the SS (Key). They were forced to killed the Jews and were in constant feared that they would get killed if they did not complete their tasks
