Reflections from Self-Assessment Questionnaire
For the answer that am I entrepreneurial, to complete the questionnaire would give a basic picture that which type of myself I belongs to. Questionnaire divided into few parts and focus on different traits. For part one, which is focus on entrepreneurial attributes and also test how likely want to work with stable and predictable environment. 4 stages divided and I belongs to the lowest score level which mean very low level of self-evaluation as entrepreneurial.19 or below belong to this class and I score in 18. Obviously I lack of entrepreneurial attributes result in not suitable to be entrepreneur. For example some leading skills or wish to lead, creative, responsibility to take, etc.
Part two is to compare how likely I belong to more typical of entrepreneurial minded or want to work in stable. And I finally got -2 point. Consistently, the result match with part one and same result in very low level of self-evaluation as entrepreneurial. This is very extreme I think because result in negative two got 19 score difference with just above level. Like working stable is not a problem, people do not like to take risk is self-deference that protect myself away from threats and dangers.
Part three is test for how likely to be self-employed or be employee. My answer is being a employee. I would consider lots of factors that being employee or self-employed, for example the capability, the knowledge, and so on. Based on present, I prefer to be employed to earn what I need include precious experience, network, knowledge and other

For this reason the validity of the trait approach has been questioned; despite criticisms, research into the correlation between entrepreneurs and personality traits are continuously being researched.…
