How Does Fracking Cause Air Pollution
Fracking also causes air pollution. In Dish, Texas the town conducted their own air quality test after they got told there was nothing in the air and found there was a toxic mix of air pollution. The natural gas can migrate up the well in the process of fracking. When natural gas goes up the well there’s no way of stopping it. The toxic mix of chemicals being used to pump down the well can also contaminate the air, soil, and water.
