How Did Ww2 Affect The World
World War II was one of the most toxic wars in history, having over sixty million casualties, most were civilians. This was impacted a lot of countries almost all of the world, that’s why the name was given. World war II impacted most countries in the world, and damaged nearly all of the countries involved greatly. This led to the downfall of Western European countries as world powers, so they left it up to the Soviet Union and the United States. World War II started in 1939 and ended in 1945, with the attack of Poland and the axis surrender. During this time the economy changed and the growth of big countries did to like, Great Britain, Japan, Russia, France, and the United States. The World War II started September 1, 1939 when Germany attacked Poland domain , Which was associated with Great Britain. The Germans signed a peace treaty in August with the Union to keep things from happening to them invading into their countries, they just wanted peace. Great Britain, Australia, France, and New Zealand were all declared for war on Germany September of 1939. Germany crushed Poland. Due to the peace treaty among the Germans and Soviets, but in September the Soviets came and took eastern Poland. On November 30th the USSR attacked Finland while Great Britain and France were busy with Germany. During this time, Japan was in the east and had Asia in turmoil. Imperial Japan attacked China and other territories. December 7, 1941, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. This was the beginning of …show more content…
