Donald Trump’s call to “Make America Great Again” has polarized the nation, and is a very current and relevant example of corruption and violence infecting a modern revolution. Although unlike his liberal counterpart Bernie Sanders he hasn’t actually called for a “political revolution,” Donald Trump’s radical policies would be just as much of a departure from traditional American politics. He calls for the deportation of millions of illegal immigrants, a wall on the Mexican border, a ban on Muslims, and for companies based elsewhere to bring their jobs back to the United States.
