This cruise line has a history of 47 years of bringing traditional cruising to New York City, it was the first cruise liner to introduce freestyle cruising. This is the largest vessel to homeport in the city.

The food and beverage team alone have approximately 865 crew members. There is 29 dining options to choose from each night on the cruise. All the foods cooked for the three main dining rooms, The Manhattan Room, Taste and Savour are prepared in the Main Hot Galley. Each meal for each guest is cooked and plated just before the waiter or waitress serves it to the guest.
