Consensus

Did you know that people don’t believe that consensus decision making is true. I agree with consensus because you can vote more fairly. Consensus decision­making helps build trust and a sense of community. Consensus brings better group relationships. I think most groups would agree with consensus. Everybody with consensus group.
Will benefit better because, every person voice will be heard. consensus will not work if the group is too big such as is more. Consensus will also take hard work if the group is indecisive. Consensus is one of the easiest methods because, the solutions are supported by the whole group. one of the oldest examples is Iroquois confederacy Grand council. Which they used a consensus in decision­making using seventy­five percent super majority to finalize consensus makes better decisions. Consensus is too much compromise said a parent. Everyone gives up something and no one really likes the final result. They should keep working until they have a proposal that everyone likes, unanimously! It is really not useful to vote to vote or reach consensus.
Its not a popularity contest it’s a question of what the research has shown will or not work. It’s true that been in the middle of something or a small group is like putting more eggs in a basket that’s already full. Yes it is more risk than you think it is but also more rewards. There is nothing more special as been the leader of a group.
