Specific Purpose: To show my audience how to prepare and serve boneless hot wings.
Organizational Design: Sequential

Introduction

Attention Arousing and Orienting Material:
Buffalo wild wings!! Makes me hungry just thinking about their boneless hot wings. Not being lucky enough to live anywhere near my favorite place to eat, I still have had the chance to learn to make boneless hot wings in my current job.

Credibility:
I have been making these wings for the sports grill for a few months now. I have looked at a few site such as http://allrecipes.com/ and http://www.cooks.com/ one says to fry them just as we do but the other showed me a new way to prepare them.

Thesis Statement:
Preparing and serving boneless hot wings can be done very quickly if you have everything you need.

Preview Statement:
I will now tell you what you need, how to prepare it, and how to serve them.

Body

I. The recipe calls for a few things but its nothing you cant find at Wal-Mart.
A. The first thing you need would be a fryer because that’s how you cook them.
B. You need flour, egg and milk mixed, and some boneless chicken tenders.
C. seasonings like Cajun.
D. Hot sauce and butter

(Transition: After gathering all your needed items it is time to start preparing them)

II. When preparing boneless hot wings there are only a few steps needed to take.
A. first would be to prepare the chicken tenders.
1. Cut the tenders into smaller pieces.
2. Put your chose of seasoning on the smaller pieces.
3. Drop them in the egg and milk mix then in the flour.
B. You need your fryer set on 375 degrees.
C. now drop them into the fryer.
1. Watch until they turn brown and start floating in the grease.
2. This usually takes 5 to 6 minutes.
D. last you will add the sauce to the pieces. 1. Melt butter then mix with hot sauce. 2. Cover pieces in the hot sauce and butter
