Honor Roll Reflection
The opportunity I got during the “Reach One Each One Scholar Program” at my local high school was incredible. The program was developed for students who did not meet the requirements for honor roll during a given marking period. Students who have a continuous record for obtaining honor roll can choose to select one of those individuals to help them improve their academic record to achieve honor roll the following marking period. I got to witness an individual strive for goals they would not have normally been able to achieve alone without the help of others supporting him. This is important to me because I strongly support leadership and teamwork. A leader is only as good as the trail he leaves behind on his followers. Everyone needs help at
