Homicide Attack Short Story
Everything happened quickly, and a whirl of commotion ripped through the quiet as the male Rottweiler swung to his death. Her experience was low, but Homicide felt confident that she was on the winning side of this fight. The blur of fighting began quickly, and it was obvious that the attackers were highly out numbered. Fights would range to one on one to two on one, with favor towards to Agilulfo family. A smile pulled at the edge of her lips, she could not deny that the taste of flesh would be nice. Next to her, the female that helped her with the rope was engaged. Wanting to get in one the fight, Homicide would assist Riley. While the police member was distracted with attacking Riley, Homicide would rise upon her back legs hoping to land on the attackers shoulder blades. If she could bring down the police member then Riley could have her way with her. …show more content…
He had a job to do, and he was confident that his family would make it possible for him to see this job to the end. Jericho had no doubt that it was a pack of Kekoans, more likely police force that had caught wind of them. He also had no doubt that the Agilulfo family would come out victors. The Rottweiler hanging from his rope pulled with all his weight, and Jericho dug his claws into the wood of the dock to keep from slipping forward. Her jerked his head backwards, as a kind of warning to the brute, but that was all he could manage with the rope stuffed into his jaws. His eyes shot over to Aela, hoping that this brute would die

Another article I would like to discuss is from People magazine written by Jeff Truesdell, Neighbors of Making a Murderer's Steven Avery Speak Out About His Guilt or Innocence: 'Those of Us Who Live Here Know He's Guilty.’ In this article, Jeff Truesdell interviewed locals of Manitowoc County; Steven Avery’s neighbors. The neighbors paint an incredibly different picture than what is provided in Making a Murderer. The neighbors discuss how much safer they felt now that Steven Avery was back in jail, and how when he was released the first time they believed something strange happened. The general consensus of his neighbors was that he was guilty for the assault he was in jail for originally, and for the crimes he is in jail for now. One neighbor…

While lying on the grass in the front yard, I imagined the exciting night ahead. Before long, Taylor and his girlfriend, Kara, arrived and picked me up. Almost immediately, I stood up and sauntered in my Duke sweatshirt and basketball shorts over to their car. I jumped into the backseat. Immediately, I was assaulted with the strong smell of perfume that had been sprayed inside the car because it belonged to Kara. Tonight instead of driving, she decided to let Taylor drive illegally without a license. As we drove off to Erik’s house, the rendezvous for tonight’s “Goatman” adventure, we saw a police officer had just pulled a car over. As we drove by, we breathe easier and relaxed because we didn’t see any more cops on the way.…

When Beyond Birthday committed his third murder, he attempted an experiment. Namely, to see if it were possible for a human being to die of internal hemorrhaging without rupturing any organs. Specifically, he drugged his victim so they fell unconscious; tied them up, and proceeded to beat their left arm thoroughly, being careful not to break the skin. He was hoping to bring about enough hemorrhaging to cause death from loss of blood, but this attempt ended, sadly, in failure. Blood congested in the arm and it turned purplish red beneath the skin, but the victim did not die. They simply shook, convulsed, and remained alive. He had been convinced the blood loss incurred by this would be enough to…

I did not say DP opponents who argue that execution is murder hadn’t given it enough thought – I said that they were not being intellectually honest. I stand by the assertion that it is false equivalency to equate the murder of innocents with the judicially sanctioned execution of their murderer. Murder is the killing of innocents without due process and the other is the killing of the guilty after rigorous presentation of evidence and after deliberation in accordance with the law (aka judicial execution). Judicial execution at the federal level is as far removed from murder as it gets.…
