Appetizer * Hot Artichoke Dip * Bruschetta Dip * Pre-Sliced Baguette Bread for Dipping
Meat Substitute * Fake Ground Beef Meatballs
Pasta
* “Riccioli” Pasta with Homemade Herb Tomato Sauce
Vegetable
* Baked Carrots
Beverages
* Milk * Water
Dessert
* White Chocolate Pudding with Raspberry Sauce

All Steps
Pre-cooking:
* Look at cook books and decide on menu * Shop for ingredients * Re-look at menu * Put hair in pony-tail * Get on apron * Wash hands * Start!
Artichoke Dip: * Gather ingredients * Mince garlic * Drain & chop artichoke hearts * Measure 2 cups mayonnaise * Mix in bowl * Bake 25 min. at 350◦
Herb Tomato Sauce * Gather ingredients * Finely chop: Basil, Oregano, Thyme & Parsley * Mince garlic * Chop Italian style tomatoes * Heat olive oil in sauce pan * Sauté garlic * Add remaining ingredients * Bring to simmer * Cook on medium heat 25 min.
Carrots
* Shave and slice carrots * Arrange in baking pan * Pour on olive oil * * Mince garlic and add on top of carrots * Bake at 400◦ for about 1 hour then take out of oven
Pasta
* Cook in boiling water * When tender drain
Meatballs
* Put fake ground beef with 3 eggs, bread crumbs & water in bowl * Mush with hands * Shape meatballs * Heat oil * Fry meatballs in oil * Flip * Set aside
Pudding
* Set aside white chocolate in bowl * Mix cornstarch with ½ cup milk * Bring remaining milk to simmer * Add in cornstarch mixture * Whisk constantly for 15 min. * Pour mixture into sieve over white chocolate, leave for 5 min. * Whisk in vanilla and refrigerate in small bowls covered tightly, chill for 2 hours
Raspberry Sauce * Drain frozen raspberries and press down over bowl to get juice out * Cook juice until reduced 1/3 cup * Add sugar & orange juice * Stir
