I received an update from our repair center in regard to your loaner request for a colon and gastroscope.

There will be 1 customer gastroscope returning to Carnegie tonight and 1 colonoscope tomorrow. No loaner will be provided to facility because there are 10 loaners (5 colons, 4 gastros, and 1 slim) currently at the facility. With the 2 scopes (1 colon & 1 gastro) going in for repair today, Nashville will have the total of 8 scopes (4 colons, 3 gastros, and 1 slim). Let us know if you have any questions.
