Buddhism and Hinduism are two of the most renowned religions in the world. Dating back thousands of years, the two religions have origins from India. Buddhism has greatly influenced the philosophy and religion of India for over a thousand years and it is based on the teachings of Buddha. Hinduism on the other hand is considered as a religion and way of life which fuses different religious beliefs and practices into a sacred religion . Much as there are noticeable differences in beliefs in the two religions, there are also some remarkable similarities. One of those similarities is the belief of rebirth or reincarnation.     The world has many different religions. Out of these, Buddhism and Hinduism are the most popular beliefs in the general population.
