I will only enroll in courses (maximum two per semester) recommended by my high school representative. I understand that these courses are subject to all fees, terms, and conditions associated with college enrollment. I also understand that courses taken for college credit MAY be used to meet high school graduation requirements and that this determination is solely made by the high school district. For high school credit, I will request that an official transcript be sent to my high school.

Imagine someone being 17 years old with a few months left until high school graduation and on their own with the future to think about; that person was me. I decided that I was going to wait a couple of years before I went back to school and I really wish that I wouldn’t have. If I wouldn’t have waited, I would already be done with my degree and making good money. When my brother graduated from high school, it was difficult for my parent to pay for his tuition, seeing as how he just recently come to the States. The Free Community College program was able to help him go to college for two years and soon he will be planning to finish his last two years at another school. These give me the opportunity to be able to attend a university of my choice. My parent not having to worry about funding my brother college tuition gives them the time to be able to work and plan my college fund and the last two year of my brother education. The expense of higher education keeps increasing as time goes by, which encourage many students to abandon the thought of college. These discouragements…

But, to take ceramics, you have to take Art I and Art II. Now, with the rules making sure that I have at least seventy-five percent of my day filled up, it’s hard to get that class. If a student at Woodridge just takes one year of band their fine-arts credit is already completed. So,…
