Define bioethics. Discuss a bioethical dilemma that you have read about or have

I will define bioethics and discuss professional ethics. According to Thefreedictionary.com, Due process “is a fundamental principles of fairness in all legal matters, both Civil and Criminal, especially in the courts.” “It is the rule that individuals shall not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without notice and an opportunity to defend themselves.” Due process is basically the Fourteenth Amendments of the Bill of Rights. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge (which means to deprive) the privileges’ or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of laws.” The Fourteenth Amendments affects the rights of students regardless of race, so long the student was born in United States; this right backs them up 100%. Professional ethics is “professionally accepted standards of personal and business behavior, values and guiding principles. Codes of professional ethics are often established by professional organizations to help guide members in performing their job functions according to sound and consistent ethical principles.” (www.business
