Heart Rate of 10-12 Yr Olds
Based on my results, before doing jumping jacks, the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 83 beats per minute (bpm). After doing jumping jacks the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 13 bpm. Before doing jogging, the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 82 bpm. But after doing jogging for two minutes, the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 92 bpm, that is a difference of 10 bpm. As it is shown in my data table, before doing sit-ups the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 72 bpm. After doing sit-ups for two minutes the 10-12 year old subject's heart rate read 88 bpm, that is a diffenence of 16 bpm.
Before doing jumping jacks, the 20-25 year old subject's heart rate read 78 bpm. Unlike the heart rate before doing jumping jacks, the 20-35 year old subject's heart rate read 100 bpm, that is a difference of 22 bpm! Before doing jogging, the 20-35 year old subject's heart rate read 78 bpm. But after jogging the 20-35 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 18 bpm. The starting heart rate of the 20-35 year old subject before doing sit-ups read 71 bpm. After doing the exercise, the 20-35 year old subject's heart rate read 92 bpm, that is a difference of 21 bpm!
Based on my results, before doing jumping jacks the 40-45 year old suject's was 80 bpm. After doing jumping jacks for two minutes the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 100 bpm, that is a difference of 20 bpm. Before jogging, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 82 bpm. After this exercise, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 14 bpm. Before starting the sit-ups, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 85 bpm. but after doing this exercise for two minutes the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 11 bpm.
As it is shown in the data table, the subject 10-12 years old got its heart rate higher with jumping jacks. The subject 20-35 years old

    The main aim of the practical was to assess, what affects did light exercise have on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart and respiration rate, tidal volume, minute volume and percentage of gas. The readings were taken before exercise, during exercise and after exercise. Blood pressure is defined as the amount of pressure exerted on the vessels walls, during blood flow. Blood pressure can be measured using a sphygmomanometer. The upper value indicates the systolic pressure; this is the highest level of pressure obtained. This is usually 120mm Hg in healthy adult. The diastolic blood pressure is the pressure achieved before the aortic valves reopen, which is usually between 70- 80mm (Barbara, J.C. 2005). The heart rate is the number of beats that is pumped by the heart per minute. It’s measured by taking the pulse rate. Respiratory rate is the number of breath exhaled and inhaled in a single breath. Respiratory rate can be measured simply by observing the person’s chest and stomach rise and fall. It is usually measured in breath per minute. Tidal volume is the amount of air inhaled or exhaled in a single breath. In an average human, the tidal volume is about 0.5litres, while the lungs can hold up to ten times more than this.
