CLASS: HLT. EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT.1A.MY HEALTHIEST DIMENSION IN TERMS OF WELLNESS WOULD BE, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL. I
CHOSE THESE TWO SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE ON A PHYSICAL LEVEL, I TAKE IF NOT PERFECT, BUT CLOSE TO
PERFECT CARE OF MY BODY. I TRY TO EAT RIGHT, AND EXERCISE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE; I HAVE NEVER
DRANK, OR SMOKE, OR DONE ANY TYPE OF RECREATIONAL DRUGS. IT MIGHT NOT BE FULL PROOF IN
TERMS OF LIFE LONGEVITY, BUT IT HELPS ME FEEL GOOD THAT I’M DOING RIGHT BY PHYSICAL BODY.
MENTALLY, I TRY TO DEVELOP MY MIND BY READING, AND KEEPING UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST
ISSUES AND NEWS. THOUGH NOT ALL! I ALSO TRY TO PLAY MIND GAMES, WHICH KEEPS MY MIND IN
GEAR, AND ALWAYS TRY TO STAY FOCUSED. WHICH ISN’T ALWAYS EASY.
MY LEAST HEALTHY DIMENSION WOULD BE MY SPIRITUALITY. I SAY THIS, BECAUSE I HAVE LOST
SIGHT OF WHAT GOD MEANS TO ME, AND WHERE HE BELONGS IN MY LIFE. THE ROLE HE PLAYS. I DON’T
QUITE SPEND ENOUGH TIME IN PRAYER AND MEDITATION, AND ALSO TAKING THE TIME TO STUDY HIS
WORD. CHURCH HAS TAKEN A BACK SEAT TO OTHER ACTIVITIES IN MY LIFE AND IN MY OPINION, I NEED TO STRENGTHEN THAT ASPECT OF MY WELLNESS.1B.SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT IMPACT ON MY LIFE WOULD BE MY HOME AND FAMILY. IT HAS HAD A
POSITIVE IMPACT ON MY HEALTH IN A LOT OF WAYS. MY FAMILY HAS ALWAYS SUPPORTED ME IN ALL MY ENDEAVORS, NEVER JUDGING ME WHEN I GO WRONG, WHICH HELPED TO BUILD MY EMOTIONAL
WELL-BEING. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I COULD ACHIEVE ANYTHING I SET MY MIND AND HEART TO,
HELPING ME BUILD MY SELF-ESTEEM AND SELF-WORTH. THEIR SUPPORT MADE IT POSSIBLE TO TALK
TO THEM ABOUT ANYTHING, SINCE THEY NEVER JUDGED AND ALWAYS LISTENED, ESPECIALLY IF I WAS
GOING THROUGH A ROUGH TIME. THEIR LOVE AND SUPPORT GAVE ME STRENGTH TO PERSEVERE IN
MOST AREAS OF MY LIFE, AND TO BUILD STRONG FRIENDSHIPS AND RELATIONSHIPS.1C.SINCE I PRIDE MYSELF ON MY PHYSICAL WELL BEING, I WOULD SAY I PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH.
