Healthy Lifestyles Health is very important for all of us to live all other aspects of our lives. All people try to be healthy, and some are very serious about that, while others are lees. Different ways have used by people to keep their fitness or stay away from the chronic diseases. There are several simple ways to stay healthy. In order to have healthy lifestyles, people need to exercise regularly, have a healthy diet, and keep regular sleep hours, and avoid smoking and drinking. First of all, getting exercise every day is good for our health. According to the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association's joint guidelines, people need to have 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five days per week. However, it is difficult to keep exercising, so people would be better to pick a favorite activity for life such as walking, running, riding on a bike, swimming, and playing a sport. Next, it is important to maintain healthy diet habits. People must eat a balanced diet for a good health. The basic components of a healthy diet include the right amount of protein (found in fish, meat, poultry, dairy products, eggs, nuts, and beans), fat (found in animal and dairy products, nuts and oils), carbohydrates (found in fruits, vegetables, pasta, rice, grains, beans, and other legumes and sweets), vitamins (such as vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K), minerals (such as calcium, potassium, and iron),Water. Moreover, a healthy breakfast is the cornerstone of a healthy diet, people should not skip 3 meals. Nowadays, there is a lot of unhealthy food especially the fast food, so people need to make sure that they stay away from the fatty junk foods that are high in calories. Another way to become healthy is by sleeping well every night. Adults should get 7 to 9 hours daily, whereas school-aged children should get 10 to 11.
