Health Plan Research Paper
When constructing a health plan one will have to begin by planning their exercise, diet, and stress management. Exercise is important because we need significant regular exercise in order to be healthy. We also need varieties of appropriate exercises depending on age and other disabilities. There is a need for significant exercise, which is about thirty minutes every day five days a week. One needs to push them to complete more and more exercise a day in order to prolong increased heart rate. It is important to have endurance, strength, and flexibility training in order to promote bone and joint health. There are many befits to experience such as cardiovascular health, maintenance and health of muscles, burning calories, since of well being, stress reduction, and mental clarity. Excess stress takes away our joy and takes its toll on our physical health. God tells us to not be anxious in Philippians by saying that joy overcomes stress. Therefore, it is important to understand that God has control over our lives, and we are to pray with thanksgiving and God will answer. We will resist the temptation to be anxious by praying and committing ourselves to God by understanding that he goes beyond all physical aspects of our life. I plan to pray to God when I am feeling stressed out from school or work. I know that this will give me a peace of mind that God is in control and he is capable of changing my heart and mind so I am no longer stressed. I will also write down all the things that I am stressed out about and address each subject one at a time. Sometimes I have two test, three papers, and two quizzes in one week and I feel overwhelmed and stressed because I do no think that I can complete all of it in time. By making a list of everything that I have to do, I will be able to look at one project at a time while not focusing on any other assignment I might
