Our Code of Ethics and Conduct applies to all Health Mart Company Employees, members of the HMC Board of Directors, and agents and vendors exchanging business for Health Mart Company.
Our Code of Ethics and Conduct will not include all relevant laws and policies set by the Federal Agencies.
The information contained in the Code is not a contract or an offer of a contract. Violation of this Code may result in corrective action up to and including discharge. The terms of the Code concerning the employment relationship are implemented at the sole discretion of HMC and may be withdrawn or changed at any time with or without notice. ()
