Harry Potter

The title of the book:
The title of the book is "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone".

The author of the book:
The author of the book is J.K. Rowling.

The hero of the story + explanation:
The hero of the story is Harry Potter, without any doubt. He is the hero because, first of all, the whole book is about his life. The book follows Harry Potter's most important turn of his life: After he lived for 10 long, long years with relatives who didn't treat him well, he found out he was a wizard. Moreover, Harry was very famous in the wizard world because he was the only one who survived an attack from voldemort, an evil and very strong wizard, who killed many wizards. It happened when Harry was only a baby. He goes to Hogwarts, a wizard school. The story is about how Harry combined into the wizard world and in Hogwarts.
Another reason why Harry Potter is the hero of the story is that with his two friends, Ron and Hermione, he stopped Voldemort from getting his power back, a thing that could be very destructive. Briefly the lesson of the story:
This story is not a fable, and doesn't have a clear lesson but you can learn from the story a few things:
One of them is that a good friendship is very important. Harry was saved a lot of times in the story by his friends and he also saved them once in a while.
Another thing that you can learn from the story is that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Harry and his really first friend in the wizard world, Ron, met Hermione, a clever girl that devoted a lot of her time studying. They didn't like her at all and said mean things to her. After a while, when they knew her better, and after a scary incident with her (they fought together versus a troll) they realized she was very nice and became good friends of hers.

The complication of the story:
The story is full of complications, but the most important one is that Harry, Ron and Hermione found out that Voldemort was going to get back his powers thanks to a very powerful stone. They knew that if he succeeded, he would probably kill a lot of people. They snuck all over the school at nights to find out what was happening and who was behind this.

The scene I liked best is:
The scene I liked best is the scene Harry fights Voldemort because it's written in a very thrilling and interesting way. When I read this scene I couldn't leave the book. When I had to eat lunch I read eating, just because I couldn't let the book go. Another reason I like that scene is that in this scene Harry suffers a lot of pain to defeat Voldemort. He sacrifices his health for the good of the wizard world.

The character I liked the best:
The character I like the best is Harry Potter because he was very brave. He didn't care that he could die by fighting Voldemort. He did it because he knew that Voldemort could kill a lot of people if he gets his powers back. Another reason that the character I like most is Harry is that he was modest and didn't liked the fact everyone adored him just by hearing his name. After all, he didn't do anything on purpose when he was only a baby.

The character I dislike:
The character I dislike is Darco Malfoy, a boy who hated Harry from the moment they got to Hogwarts. He tried to get Harry expelled at any chance. He informed the teachers about anything Harry did wrong and made Harry very miserable.

I like/don't like the ending because:
I really like the ending because Harry finally defeated Voldemort but didn't kill him, so Voldemort probably will come back and the story makes you thrilled. It makes you want to read the next story to find out what will happen next.

I would/wouldn't recommend this book because:
I give this book a 10/10. It was a really good book and I can’t wait to read the other books. It really makes you thrilled all over the book and I think it really has something magical in it…

One thing you probably know is that there is a protagonist in each and every story. Chances are, the protagonist is also the hero. Westley (maybe you know him by “the farm boy”) is a very good example of a hero. He takes on a very difficult, but yet interesting, life. He works on Buttercup’s family’s farm, and could be even referred to as a slave.…

    K. Rowling. We are presented to Harry’s ordinary world, and he receives the letter to Hogwarts. In this movie, Harry refuses to believe that he is a wizard and the mentor, Hagrid, is responsible for proving this to him and for leading Harry through stage 5. Once in the school, the stages 6 and 7 flows naturally. The stage 8 is when Harry finally faces Lord Voldemort, the man who killed his parents and Harry, therefore, his biggest fear. After had defeated the enemy, at least for now, Harry recovers and with a picture of his parents (the reward) in his possessions, he goes back to the initial point, but not the same as he was. It is very interesting to notice that even though the other movies are not about the beginning of the story, the stages of “The Hero’s Journey” are…
