Hardwork Makes a Man Sucessful
Not too long ago I would have been on the opposite side of this argument. I am the type of person that wouldn't have any luck at all, if it weren't for bad luck. It's very easy to sit back and complain that successful people are so lucky; they were in the right place at the right time, they had more opportunities, they were born into a better family with more money. Unsuccessful people can find a myriad of reasons why they are not successful and other people are. I truly have come to believe there is only one reason successful people are the way they are. They work for it!
Society and the economy are constantly changing. As our life and needs change; we need to learn to adapt to it. A successful person is one that knows how to thrive; even in the worst of times. In my opinion, true success is earned. Our ancestors taught us if we work hard, and do the right things, success will come. With the advances in technology, "work hard" has a new meaning. Today, even the hardest of laborers need to learn how to operate machinery that has replaced man power. Even though technology has made our jobs less physically demanding; the concept of hard work stays the same. Successful people have always had the drive and desire to accomplish their goals. Due to their ability to prosper; an advantageous person can start over and make it to the top at any point, or several times, in their life.
This type of person knows how to make something out of nothing. "Build an empire once, you can do it again and again." In lieu of being "lucky", one could actually debate if success is an innate trait. Does success come easier to the people that the trait was instilled at birth? Is there such a thing as a "successful DNA strand?" Why can one person be successful, and another person who did exactly the same things, not be successful? In my opinion, luck has nothing to do with being successful. A "lucky" person may inherit a successful company, but could run it into the ground
