Throughout my high school years, I want to say I have changed a lot. Freshmen year, My sit up score was 20 and this year I got 18. I really have not beat any scores from freshman year to today. Mainly because once I quit soccer freshman year, I basically gave up on myself and always had the mindset that my scores were not going to matter because my coach was not looking at them.
I do plan to do workouts in order to keep myself in shape and healthy. I would like to just keep doing an exercise for every part of my body throughout the week. I dont want to workout everyday because if I stop then I will be more unhealthy than I already am right now. I want to start the week with some small workouts and then increase as days pass by and then take a break for a day and repeat. I’m going to try and do this consecutively and if i forget one day, I’ll go harder the next day to make up. I really want to improve on myself. I have been so lazy lately and I think now it’s time to get myself together especially since I will be in college and there are no P.E. classes.

The number one weakness I struggle with is my mile. I can run short distances, but not long. My mile time has gone from nine minutes my freshman year too thirteen minutes my senior year. Not matter how hard I try I seriously can not beat my first mile time. It was easier then because I was in shape and now it’s harder than ever. It really bothers me, and I really try but sometimes I just give up on myself so quickly and it comes off as a vibe that im “lazy”. I’m pretty good with all our other fitness tests though.
