Cardiovascular Fitness
The importance of cardiovascular fitness is a must at a young age, because as people age we tend to lose the capacity to do the physical exercise and our performance progressively declines. At times we use to add our cardiovascular fitness in becoming the weekend warrior, but now fitness should be engaged 3 to 4 times a week. Throughout the week we should focus on improving our health and the health of our youth by implementing the five major components of a physical fitness to improve our health. The five major components are muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, or body composition. In examining the five major components I will discuss the cardiovascular fitness component and how it relates in living a healthy lifestyle.
A Healthy Lifestyle
Having a cardiovascular fitness regiment into a routine lifestyle is essential to a healthy lifestyle. The cardiovascular fitness component is essential to have in a person’s fitness program. Having cardiovascular fitness improves endurance and plays a vital role that allows the body’s ability to sustain a period of physical activities delivering oxygen and healthy nutrients to tissues, and allows removal of waste. Cardiovascular fitness is also called cardio respiratory endurance and is the key component to a healthy lifestyle. With a proper cardiovascular fitness people will be able to increase their life span and improve their quality of life and do away with any health disparities.
Three benefits of Cardiovascular Fitness
Just hearing the word fitness, exercise, or physical activity can put a knot in your throat when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle or knowing how the cardiovascular fitness contributes to your daily fitness regimen.
