Graphic Design Persuasive
Many people will argue that money and esteem is earned from hard work and determination. However, that’s not the case for graphic designers. Graphic design is a job that requires no effort or talent, and is the easiest and fastest way to earn money and esteem. Graphic design is the best job because it can be easily learned, it gives certain privileges, and because it supplies a good amount of money. Graphic design is one of the easiest things to success in.. First off, there are hundreds of programs that supply programs for graphic design. Free programs such as GIMP, Paint.net, and Adobe Fireworks are used by real graphic designers in today’s work place. These programs can be easily accessible, and can be found on their represented websites. Also, tutorials for all of these programs can be easily found through the Internet. Anyone with Internet access can easily get the supplies needed for starting out with graphic design. Many people think that graphic design takes talent, however that is a blatant lie. Graphic design can be made to fit a certain group of people’s tastes. It’s common knowledge that if a person enjoys a certain game or show, he or she will buy products relating to it. In graphic design, making a design suited for a certain group is the easiest way to get quick money. To add on to this, design is nothing more than an opinion, and this fact can easily be used. Making a design with very little effort and calling it “art” will force the audience to believe it as that. Using art styles such as minimalism and essence that require no effort are great ways to convince people that the design is truly “art”. Another reason why graphic design is easy to start is because there are so many websites dedicated to it. Stock images, renders, and uploading sites are a very large majority of the Internet. To get very quick feedback and money off a design, post it in more locations than one. Also, because there are so many websites dedicated to graphic design,

Graffiti requires skill and dedication, just like any art form. Because it can be used illegally (for example, tagging) does not deny the fact that it is art. The proper way to use the skill of graffiti is to practice on a poster board, or if you own a house, maybe on the back of your garage, or on the inside where no one can be offended by it. I do not agree with graffiti that threatens or includes profanity. Graffiti can be beautiful and breathtaking to look at. Graffiti is an art with no question because it requires tremendous skill and dedication to practice and get better.…

Mike Rayhawk was a computer programmer studying mathematics and software engineering in his early college days at Cornell University, New York for two years. He was interested in art a little, so he did some research. He got interested in the fact that artists make really good money if they had a long term strategy for handling their career correctly. Due to his unnatural talent in art, he didn’t get into the art school, Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. So he had to continue being a computer programmer. He didn’t give up there, he took night classes for a year just to get into art school. Mike wasn’t the best artist in the school, so he worked twice as hard just to keep up. Photoshop is vastly used throughout our culture, known for its scandalous use on models to advertise clothing. Unfortunately, I think photoshopping a model can change a potential customer's perspective on whether to buy the product advertised. I would think that the buyer's reasoning would include something like "Well because the model looks good in that dress, I think I would look amazing too!". That is, if the person were confident with their appearance but not fearful that the outer beauty of the model is too beautiful, even though the beauty might comprise of mainly photoshop. Otherwise, a potential buyer's perspective would be the complete opposite - "the model looks so pretty, I'm not as pretty though so I'm sure that I won't rock that dress".…

Success is in the eye of the beholder. What one individual deems successful should not be the same as the next person. Everyone is unique, has unique interests, sees the world differently. Success should directly correlate with values. Valuing energy efficient buildings and valuing the technical construction of artwork is very different. Two different values lead to two different careers, both important. Society needs engineers to build energy efficient buildings and engineers need art fanatics to decorate that building. It just so happens that the engineer who designed the building makes more money than the art consultant, that doesn’t mean the art consultant isn’t happy. How much money a person makes is not related to how happy they are. If that person is interested in STEM, finds happiness in the work, and happens to make a lot of money, that is…
