Executive Summary
Google Inc. is a worldwide search engine that has expanded rapidly within the twelve year period it has been operating. Google is currently the number one provider and organizer of information on the internet. Google’s future is limitless if a serious and aggressive review of the organizational culture is conducted and recommendations are followed. 
 We have concluded that Google has a diverse and loyal workforce. The efforts made to improve the culture are conducive to the success of the organization. We examined the opinions of past and present employees through testimonies. The way that employees function in Google reflects the innovative nature of the company. They are often encouraged to reject the traditional; employees work to produce a unique culture in each office around the world. 
 Appreciation for employees, ethical practices, and advancement are underlying core values of the organizational culture. “The Ten Things We Know to be True”, an online contract between Google and its users offers transparency in business practices. Through our cultural audit, we have outlined several aspects of how Google acts upon these guidelines. Organizational stories reflect
Google’s corporate culture.
 Google’s history of charitable giving dictates that they are socially responsible. This can be witnessed in Google.org – a new site devoted to giving revenue towards technological products. Google strives to give back to users, but some of these charity ventures do not reflect Google’s organizational culture as best as it could. They should be more in line with core values and beliefs.
