Everyday we run into stories about some new disease or something that we have been using are whole life’s is now killing us. However, how can we tell what we are told is a true good science are bad? Like does increasing my intake of nuts will help me live longer? In an article written by Julia Belluz about Good vs. Bad Science really helps explain what are some red flags when we are reading something along health science.
