I have hid behind curtains of deception made mostly to myself by a blinded me. My so called tough guy existence consumed most if not all of my my 20’s.
Only to lead me to a life with no perpose other than that of a gangster. Year after year, court date after court date, one arrest after another, and yet I still walk blind completely unaware.
It is because of your love and the beauty of “this thing of ours” that I can see again. I am aware and I understand my purpose which is to lead a life of Integrity, Humility and Appreciation. I understand my duty that which is the well being of my wife, future kids and to fight for those that

You probably recognize the picture above from Wikipedia because it is a portrait of the twelve Olympians of the most famous and influential civilization, the Greeks. Yet, the Greeks also have a famous counterpart, the Romans. Both have left their marks on present day culture and have respectfully done so. It is silly, though, to believe that they did not "borrow" some of each others ideas. The Greeks, in fact, were so far ahead that many cultures emulated their findings; the most popular and similar were the Romans. The Romans obtained many of their mythological views, art, and architecture from the Greeks in order to expand their empire.…

College athletics in the United States refers primarily to sports and athletic competition organized and funded by institutions of tertiary education (universities, or colleges in American English). In the United States, college athletics is a two-tiered system.[1] The first tier includes the sports that are sanctioned by one of the collegiate sport governing bodies. The major sanctioning organizations include the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Individual sports not governed by umbrella organizations like the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA are governed by their own organizations, such as the National Collegiate Boxing Association and Intercollegiate Rowing Association. Additionally, the first tier is characterized by selective participation, since only the elite athletes in their sport are able to participate. The second tier includes all intramural and recreational sports clubs, which are available to a larger portion of the student body.…

Genetically Modified Crops (GMCs), are crops that have had an alteration in their genome. This is done when genes contained in the DNA, each of which determines the production of a specific protein, is inserted or removed from the crops (Kleter and Kok, 2010). In most cases, GMCs have genes inserted rather than have genes removed; hence, they are referred to as transgenes. It is clear that GMCs have a wide range of benefits to the ecological system as a whole. Two examples of such advantages include the higher yield of crops due to an insertion of genes resistance to diseases and pest, as well as medical benefits such as treating patients with diabetes by using an insertion with insulin (Tenbult et al., 2008).…
