Bad habits can make people's lives worse than how it was. A lot of people Stay up late at night whether for work or for entertainment. This is a bad habit because it can have a bad influence in your daily life and even be bad for your health. For instance, one would not be atentive and lack skills required on his or her job from staying up too late at nights.
Many individuals have a tendency of making sounds with their joints or bones. According to medical research, people who "crack" joints are often more likely to have hand swelling and acquire arthritis.
Playing games might be a very serious problem among the teenagers and young adults. As games are adictive, they will keep people from leaving it, and so, it will ocupy most of people's time. In other words, a lot of teenagers who play games a lot everyday are most likely to have lower grades than the ones who plays less everyday.
Well, if bad habits can make people's lives worse, then, good habits make people's lives better. Lets say food can either make people healthier or unhealthier depending on how and what they eat. Eating healthy will make people healthier because you consume all you need and everything eaten is supposed to help your body. For example, peoples who eat balancedly would be healthier and most likely live longer than peoples who eat a lot of fast food.
Everyday life starts with a "hello". Manners matter specially in social life, because you would be more welcome and accepted by people. For instance, if you greet everyone nicely and behave politely with everyone, you would have a better social life, and, you would be less welcome if you don't greet with anybody and don't behave at all, then and people would have a bad impression of the individual.
Daily aspects of life are good if they are well organized. People's organization wether on themselves or their daily schedule is very important because it will put everything in place and on the right time. In other words, organized people would be more responsible and punctual and unorganized people would sometimes be less punctual and would often miss a lot and would more likely to complete less tasks.
In conclusion, good and bad habits are a part of everyone's life. And they can shape your life the way your personality is.
