(10 points) Kentucky Transportation Cabinet - I am a veteran and when I was enlisted needed my soldier's to obtain a commercial license from Kentucky. This has an impact on and interests me because the regulation deals with both. This affects me because the notice of approval will take a month to get back and I understand the need for a faster response time. 2. Describe the proposal/change. (10 points) The proposal will establish an application form for military personnel to obtain a commercial drivers license waiver of skills test and to be given approval or disapproval from the circuit clerk’s office within thirty (30) days. 3. Write the public comment which you would submit to this proposal. If the proposed regulation deadline has already passed, write the comment you would have submitted. Explain briefly what you wish to accomplish with your comment. (10 points) My comment is that there is a definite need for the application. The response time needs to be expedited to a week processing time for it is detrimental to the Army and the state of Kentucky to keep qualified service-members off the road for a month.
