Introduction
Many researchers, scientists, and environmentalists are expressing concerns about changes in the overall climate of the earth. Some believe that a dramatically warming is taking place in the overall global climate a problem that is referred to as global warming.

What is Global Warming and how is it formed?
Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as co2 from burning fossil fuels or from deforestation which trap heat that would otherwise escape from Earth. Global warming is a problem of too much CO2 in the atmosphere which is like a blanket trapping heat and warming the planet. As we burn fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas for energy or cut down and burn forests to create pastures and plantations. Carbon accumulates and overloads our atmosphere. Certain waste management and agricultural practices makes the problem worse by releasing other potent global warming gases, such as methane and nitrous oxide. pg5

Causes and Effects of global warming?
The effects of global warming are strongest at the poles. Ice all over the world is melting. This includes the ice on mountain glaciers, Arctic sea ice and ice sheets covering West Antarctica

    The sky is falling, the sky is falling! Growing up I heard this phrase in folktales as a “wolf cry”-- a cry that is so ridiculous that nobody would believe it.
